Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is searching for a qualified Maintenance Technician. This person will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining order in the warehouse, offices, lunchroom and bathroom area
Job Highlights:
- Empties all trash cans daily

Vacuums carpeting in the offices, halls and bullpen areas
- Dusts as required
- Cleans glass doors and windows
- Assists with snow removal

Cleans bathrooms, mops or vacuums as required as well as replenishes paper products
- Any other general cleaning duties needed in all office areas
- Wipes down countertops and mops kitchen areas

Heavy cleaning projects will also be assigned periodically
- Supports supplier and keeps kitchen and pantry clean during business hours
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English; read and comprehend safety rules.
