Accounts Payable Analyst

Located in Collinsville, IL

Salary: up to $30, BOE

Job Summary:  We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing team.  Looking for an eager, upbeat person to assist in all aspects of AP as our department continues to grow!  Duties include:

• Process reports, complex entries & corrections for multi-company AP transactions in a high volume (>10k transactions a month), fast-paced environment
• Assist with all aspects of AP processing including paperless processing via Kofax OCR software
• Review & post AP transactions for accuracy and adherence to our SOX compliant approval levels
• Will work closely with divisional Controllers & FP&A staff to resolve issues and process corrections
• Assist with check & ACH payment batches for multiple companies
• Additional AP responsibilities will be assigned
• Supervisory role is possible as the department grows

Pay: up to $30, BOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Qualifications

·         Management experience a plus

·         Some college level accounting classes preferred

·         Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software programs

·         Maintain adherence to accuracy, organization, and detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, simultaneous projects and conflicting deadlines

·         Possess strong problem-solving & interpersonal skills

·         Professional verbal and written communications skills

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
