Computer Engineering Technician

A manufacturing company in Ann Arbor is looking for a Computer Engineering Technician to join their team.

What you’ll be doing as the Computer Engineering Technician

• Building custom computers for industrial use.
• Inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software.
• Soldering on circuit boards and building cabling harnesses.
• Installing operating system and driver software.
• Dismantle and rebuild customer computer systems.

What we look for in a Computer Engineering Technician

• 1 to 5 years of recent experience building, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software
• Experience with Intel/AMD based computers including Windows and Linux systems, Linux a plus
• Soldering electronics
•  High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ year technical degree preferred

Additional information for the Computer Engineering Technician

• $22-$28 hourly
• 1^st shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Ann Arbor, 48108
