Temporary Scheduler

Located in Sequim, WA

Salary: $18.00

Overview: A home care services agency is seeking a Temporary Scheduler to fill in for 16 weeks at their Sequim office while their permanent employee is out for maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the healthcare industry and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. This role is critical in ensuring that the team over 60 caregivers is effectively scheduled to meet the needs of clients.

 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate and manage the schedules of 60+ caregivers
• Ensure all shifts are covered, handling last-minute changes and emergencies efficiently
• Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm schedules and address any issues
• Maintain accurate records of schedules and caregiver assignments
• Communicate between caregivers and clients
• Working with caregivers to ensure that hours are input correctly for timely and accurate payroll and invoicing

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
• Ability to work with variety of different personalities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in healthcare industry

Hours/Shift:
Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM starting Monday, July 29, 2024 until Friday, November 15, 2024

 

Pay:
$18.00/hour
