Job Summary: A food production company is looking to add a Production Manager to one of their locations in King County area.

This is a direct hire position where you will be working onsite with a variety of individuals.

Schedule: M-F Dayshift

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr

Job Duties:

• •         Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets by forecasting and monitoring customer demand.

  •          Recruit, train, and supervise production Team Leads and staff.

  •          In close collaboration with the Logistics & Inventory team, monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to maintain optimal stock levels.

  •          Develop and manage production budgets, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.

  • Lead efforts to create a positive and proactive safety culture to eliminate injuries.

Requirements:

•          Proven work experience in a food manufacturing environment

•         Proficient in implementing and using production management software and tools

•         Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or 5 to 10 years of food production management experience preferred.
