Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Welders to join a company in the Fremont, NE area!

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire 
•    Schedule: All shifts available 
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: up to $25/hour

Job Duties:
•    Perform welding tasks according to project specifications and blueprints
•    Both MIG and TIG positions are available
•    Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
•    Ensure the quality and accuracy of welds by conducting inspections and tests
•    Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
•    Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Certification in structural welding preferred
•    Proven experience as a structural welder in a similar role
•    Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols
•    Strong knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
