Cabinetry Quality Control

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Cabinetry Quality Control Technician to join a local Omaha Company!

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: Shifts vary 
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: $20

Job Duties:
•    Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished cabinetry products to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.
•    Implement and adhere to quality control procedures and standards to prevent defects and ensure product reliability and durability.
•    Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control metrics. Report any quality issues or discrepancies to management.
•    Identify and address quality issues promptly. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
•    Ensure all products comply with company standards, safety regulations, and relevant industry codes.
•    Perform necessary tests and measurements to assess product quality, including dimensional accuracy, finish quality, and functional performance.
•    Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in cabinetry, woodworking, or quality control is a plus.
•    Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or quality control, with a strong understanding of cabinetry construction and finishing techniques.
•    Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using measurement tools and quality inspection equipment.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and effective communication skills.
