2+ years' experience in a similar role. This individual will aim for and achieve individual, team, and office-wide goals in a high-traffic environment by creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and efficient process management.

 What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years experience in full cycle recruiting PREFERRED but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Must have a sense of Urgency
• Knowledgeable about using current recruiting tools such as social media, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Warm, courteous, and dedicated personality
• Able to adapt with changing project needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to support high call volumes with continuous professionalism and enthusiasm
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Dependable and consistent – attendance is essential

Job highlights:

• Assist in recruiting in a high-volume environment
• Proactively Source candidates
• Interviewing multiple applicants daily and developing strong relationships
• Review and select resumes for qualifying candidates
• Making marketing calls to expand existing and create new business
• Place job ads on various social media and career sites
• Enter candidate data and information with high accuracy
• Maintaining a high level of daily activity to fill job orders with urgency
• Effective and analytical communication skills
• Communicating effectively with your co-workers daily to ensure job orders are filled in a timely manner
• Following up daily with clients and associates to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Match Candidates with Jobs and/or clients
• Work individually and as a team to effectively meet deadlines
• Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (On call rotation)
• Pay rate: Competitive, depending on experience with Commission opportunities
