Bilingual Call Center Representative

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Bilingual Call Center Representative to join a local Omaha Company!

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: Monday-Friday normal business hours
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: up to $18/hour

Job Duties:
•    Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
•    Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, offering accurate solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•    Documentation: Record details of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the company’s CRM system.
•    Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
•    Follow-Up: Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
•    Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
•    Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve goals and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    Previous and recent Call center experience is required
•    Must be an intermediate to advanced user in the Microsoft Office Suite
•    Fluent in English and Spanish
