PRODUCTION TECHNICAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job requires someone with many skills and responsibilities and includes:

1. Assist in the builds of all RT3 products:

a. Build assembly

b. Wiring loom manufacture

c. Hydraulic system build

d. Control module build and programing.

2. Assist in the packaging of equipment for delivery.

3. Perform installations at customers locations.

a. Install the equipment onto the customer vehicle.

b. Take detailed notes on the installation with vehicle information and unit information.

c. Complete calibration of the RT3.

d. Training technicians on how to maintain and operate the equipment.

e. Train airport operations teams on how to operate the equipment (classroom training will be done by Alex).

f. Travel throughout the United States and potentially overseas. Overseas trips are likely once or twice a year, with current sales projections.

4. Perform annual calibrations

a. Go on customer calibration rotation. Complete annual maintenance of the RT3 unit. Inspect the customer vehicle. Recommend any upgrades to the customer that are necessary for their testing cycle (tires/battery etc).

b. Complete calibration of the RT3.

c. Complete practical retraining of Operators as necessary, at each location.

d. Take detailed notes of any changes and modifications performed during the calibration and maintenance.

5. Assist with inventory management for new builds. This may include counting inventory, confirming part requirements for new builds, recommending parts to be purchased. Potentially if comfortable, completing Purchase Orders.

6. Assist with packaging parts to ship to customer’s as needed.

7. Assist with delivering parts for welding or picking up parts as needed from local vendors.

1. The normal work week is 40 hours. Sometimes you may be required to work longer hours.

2. For each hour worked over 40 hours, there will be time in lieu or comp time that can be taken at a mutually agreed upon time.

3. There will be five sick or personal days annually.

4. Annual vacation is two weeks. At the end of year one employment, annual vacation will be increased to three weeks. After five years of employment, annual vacation will be four weeks.

5. There will be 8 standard holidays:

· New Year’s Day

· Memorial Day

· Independence Day

· Labor Day

· Veteran’s Day

· Thanksgiving Day

· Christmas Day

· President’s Day

7. We have no corporate health insurance program but will fund your health insurance premiums that you purchase on the open market.

8. Meals and entertainment will have a maximum daily limit when traveling.
