Salary: $15.00/hour

 

CSR 
(Complaints department for High-end Retail Store, mostly handling customer service over the phone about products.)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour 

 

 

• Do you have prior customer service experience? 
• Do you feel comfortable in a complaint department helping with escalated calls to help get them resolved?
• Do you feel computer savvy and have thick skin?

 

 

A local retail store is looking for someone to Assist in their Customer Service Department. They will train on the software but needs to be someone who is computer savvy. Must be someone who has excellent customer service skills and thick skin. Most communication with customers will be over the phone but every so often it may be someone in the office. Must be detailed oriented!
