An apartment in South Ft Worth is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join their team!

 

Maintenance Assistant Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm

 

Maintenance Assistant Pay: DOE

 

Maintenance Assistant Job Duties:

• Responds quickly to open work orders that tenants have requested
• Be a groundskeeper when needed
• Handle make ready orders when needed 

Maintenance Assistant Requirements:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably at an apartment 
• HVAC Certification
