Position Overview: As a Soldering Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for soldering and assembling electronic components to ensure the quality and functionality of the final products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering tasks to join electronic components according to specifications.
• Inspect and identify defects in soldered joints and rectify them as needed.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Operate and maintain soldering equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or material shortages promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Soldering Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in soldering techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Working Conditions:

• Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
• Hourly Pay: $19 - $21 per hour.
