Responsibility:

• Responsible for customer and client inquiries via phone and email.
• Responsible for scheduling appointments for apartment showings, conducting apartment showings to potential residents, and marketing properties.
• Receive and respond to apartment inquiries via phone, email, and website submissions.
• Schedule and perform apartment showings with property-specific knowledge, including timely follow up and lead management.
• Prepare and distribute communication and notices to tenants.
• Perform apartment inspections before move-in and after move-out, as well as throughout the lease term as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in property management, leasing or real estate is highly preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong computer skills and must be tech-savvy.
• At least 1 year of customer service or previous sales experience Required.
