1st and 2nd shift positions available

Location: Meriden area

Pay rate: $16.50-18+/hr DOE

Job Description: We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure the continuous production and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Set up machines with material
• Operate machines to produce parts in accordance with production orders.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
