Express Employment Professionals is seeking a meticulous and experienced Tax Preparer. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing and submitting tax forms, conducting client interviews regarding income and expenses, and acting as a liaison between clients and accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate tax forms for clients.
- Conduct detailed interviews with clients to gather necessary information about their income and expenses.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and accountants to ensure accurate and timely tax preparation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to provide accurate information and services.
- Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in tax preparation, especially for companies.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of tax preparation.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with tax preparation software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
