You’ll be an essential part of our team, engaging in a variety of hands-on activities such as dipping molds, moving materials, maintaining inventory, operating state-of-the-art robots, and much more. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our production runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You''ll Do:

• Engage in Craftsmanship: Wash wax molds, attach hardware, and skillfully hang molds on the shell line following detailed tech cards.
• Maintain Excellence: Keep our shell room and de-wax area spotless, ensuring tools and slurry pots are clean and ready for use.
• Be a Key Player: Remove molds from the conveyor line, prepare them for de-waxing, and operate the boiler-clave to de-wax molds.
• Support the Team: Provide necessary materials to maintain our slurries and sanders at peak performance.
• Mix It Up: Assist in the precise mixing of slurries according to tech cards and instructions.
• Master Techniques: Wrap molds with KOWool, following specific tech card guidelines.
• Adapt and Contribute: Take on additional duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and commitment.

• Clear Communication: Proficiency in speaking and reading English.
• Tech-Savvy: Access tech cards via Synchro for Shell and Mold Wrap operations.
• Organized & Efficient: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Capable of comprehending and following detailed technical instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to continuously stand or sit throughout your shift.
