A Green Bay area religious institution is looking for a self-motivated administrative assistant to join their team! The Administrative assistant will be responsible for word processing, liturgy workshop registration and editing/designing documents. A qualified Administrative Assistant will have excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.

 

Liturgy Administrative Assistant Job Highlights:

  • Full-time time, Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm and Friday 7:45am-12:15pm

Liturgy Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

  • Update and edit worship aids and training materials
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for the Office of Divine Worship
  • Collect and deposit income from workshops
  • Invoicing, coding bills and processing check requests
  • Maintain ministry assignments for liturgies and events
  • Prepare large outgoing mail projects
  • Create worship aids for liturgies
  • Other Duties as assigned

What they are looking for:

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal staff and tenants
  • Ability to multitask
  • Professional in appearance and speech
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
