Dispatcher

Located in Taunton, MA

Salary: $18 per hour

One of our clients in East Taunton has an immediate need for a Dispatcher to schedule drivers, assist customers, and input/maintain records and files. You will be working in a busy office setting, handling high volume inbound/outbound calls.

Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday / 8:00am – 4:00pm

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Dispatcher Responsibilities include:

· Schedule or dispatch drivers to designated locations

· Work with customers and co-workers to address requests and resolve problems

· Prepare daily work and run schedules, receive or prepare work orders

· Advise drivers about traffic problems such as construction, accidents or other hazards

· Other projects as needed

Dispatcher requirements include:

· 1-2 years related experience

· Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Strong accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task

· Solid written and verbal communication skills
