A local Baton Rouge, LA company is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! The role of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) associate is to provide quality service to customers by assisting them with the selection and procurement of product solutions that will best meet their needs.

JOB DUTIES: 

• Open and maintain customer accounts. 
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
• Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
• Recommend potential products or services to customers.
• Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred at least 3 years of recent customer service experience.
• Experience industrial sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic office computer programs.
• Excellent office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines.
