Salary: $20-22/hr

Express Employment Professionals is currently working with a leading commercial cleaning company dedicated to providing high-quality cleaning services to businesses in Lee County. We are currently seeking a Scheduler to join our team and assist in coordinating cleaning schedules and assignments.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage cleaning schedules for various commercial clients, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling inquiries, changes, and special requests. Maintain clear and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Assign cleaning crews to specific locations based on factors such as location, type of cleaning required, and availability of staff.

4. Utilize scheduling software and other tools to optimize the allocation of cleaning crews, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity.

5.  Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, staffing issues, and other operational challenges to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.

6. Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, client preferences, and any changes or updates to assignments.

7. Work closely with the quality control team to monitor and assess the performance of cleaning crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry is a plus but not required.
