Express Employment Professionals of Fort Myers is currently teaming up with a local school that is in need of a technical support rep. 

 

Job Duties:

 

1. Data Review and Assessment:
• Examine forms and spreadsheets to identify potential PII or restricted data.
• Determine if form fields or attachments contain sensitive information.
• Report findings accurately in the designated spreadsheet.
2. Technical Proficiency:
• Navigate Formstack Forms and access the relevant spreadsheet.
• Understand data security measures and compliance guidelines.
• Handle file attachments and assess their content.
3. Communication and Reporting:
• Communicate effectively with colleagues or supervisors.
• Document field/attachment information in the spreadsheet.
• Collaborate with others to ensure data compliance.
4. Attention to Detail:
• Pay close attention to form fields, ensuring thorough review.
• Recognize common examples of sensitive data.

 

Qualifications

 

Required

• Basic personal computer skills
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively

Preferred

• Ability to recognize common examples of sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, credit card details, and personal addresses.
• Experience in using Formstack Forms and navigating the Form Builder interface.
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices for handling sensitive information
