Perform plumbing and electrical repairsInspect ready apartments and model apartmentsPerform maintenance on apartment turnovers before moveEnsure all repairs/replacements necessary for apartmentAssist with apartment turnover proceduresPerform regular preventive maintenance on all apartment appliancesDirect the maintenance of the apartmentsComplete all make-ready apartmentsMaintain and repair defective electrical equipment, plumbingPerform highly skilled apartment repairs/make readies at various communitiesWork with maintenance for repairsRunning work orders (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)Complete maintenance work orders for all maintenance workReplace filters in all apartmentsComplete maintenance and repair recordsPerforming a variety of maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance in and around the apartment communityReplace any apartment material/maintenance requests within scope of management responsibilityEnsure all trash from apartmentsPerform general maintenance and repair of apartments and the surrounding propertyEnsure all trash from apartments
