Showroom Support Specialist

Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

$22-24/hr DOE

• Travel
• Travel to local showrooms as directed by the specific Showroom Account Managers
• Logging all important notes into Salesforce
• Managing your calendar to show where you are when you are not in the office.
• Attend manufactures training events as needed.
• Assist with set-up and tear-down of showroom events.
• Attend Showroom meetings as needed.

 

• Displays
• Responsible for all display processes from ordering, tracking, receiving, and deploying
•  New Displays, resets, bucker releases, and discontinued product.
• Order and manage all displays for Delta, Brizo, Toto, Newport, ISE, and Maax
• Track all display orders
• Receive and verify all incoming display orders
• Pod and make ready the incoming displays
• Deliver and install displays
• Rework old and expired product displays
• Update manufacturers computer systems as needed (TOTO Salesforce)

 

Product Knowledge

• Maintain current levels of training with manufacturers training (eLearning)
• Assist in training showroom associates when directed                               

 

• Literature

• Order and maintain literature and color samples for all luxury products.
  • Delta, Brizo, Peerless, Toto, Newport, ISE, and Maax
• Build binders as needed for luxury product lines.
• Order SWAG and promotional items for luxury products.

 

• Warehouse
  • Learn all internal process of warehouse paperwork flow
  • Assist warehouse as need with receiving, shipping, organization
  • Back-up warehouse person when they are out
