Salary: $17-$18/hour

Do you enjoy making a difference in an organization’s sales success by providing sales support/assistance?  If so, Express Employment Professionals Northeast San Antonio office may have just the position for you as a Residential Sales Assistant with a leading construction industry related company in Northeast San Antonio.  This role will start out paying $17-$18/hour, but there is a potential for additional commission compensation down the road, based on performance.  This is a long-term opportunity and hours are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, M-F. 

Essential Job Functions include:

• Make phone calls to customers on a consistent basis
• Pre-quality leads and record call details into Smartsheet and set appointments for Project Managers
• Send out bids
• Help with estimating jobs by using Google Maps, etc.
• Attend bid meetings
• Communicate with Inventory, QC, Superintendents, and Project Managers throughout the day
• Organize/update project files
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications you will need to have include:

• 3-5 years of sales support, inside sales, or related experience required
• Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable talking to customers over the phone
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite
• Punctual/reliable
