Salary: $16.00-18.00 per hour, DOE
Express Employment Professionals has an immediate opening in the Accounts Payable department for one of our prestige clients. The position is in Springfield, MO and is responsible for several branches. This is a high-volume position and requires someone with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of accounts payable transactions
- · Review and process invoices for payment
- · Process electronic payments
- · Prepare vendor checks for mailing
- · Resolve purchase order, invoice, and/or payment discrepancies
- · Establish strong working relationships internally and with outside suppliers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- · Collaborative team player
- · Customer service focused and solution-oriented
- · Organizational skills and attention to detail
- · Oral and written communication skills
- · Analytic and problem-solving skills
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time Evaluation Hire
PAY RANGE: $16-18/hr, DOE
SCHEDULE: M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
