We are on the lookout for an energetic Sales and Marketing Lead to become a part of our client’s team. This role involves creating and executing strategies to boost business growth and enhance brand visibility.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing roles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills for effective market research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Experience in budgeting and managing marketing campaigns

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve sales goals
  • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and refine effective sales strategies
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust marketing tactics for optimal results
  • Create engaging and impactful content for various marketing channels
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Manage the budget for all marketing activities and campaigns
  • Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and user engagement

 

Wage: $120,000/Year
