Quality Assurance Coordinator

Position:  Quality Assurance 

Location: Texarkana, TX

Pay: 19.00

Hours: 7am to 4pm

 

Duties:

1. Bolt up and pressure testing of Industrial Fittings as well as returned vendor goods
2. Visual inspection of all returned goods from vendors
3. Reporting various results to the Quality Inspectors
4. Bolt up and pressure testing of newly designed products
5. Assistance with fit-up inspections for non-pressure tested Industrial fittings as directed by the Quality Inspectors and the Quality Assurance Manager
6. Maintaining the cleanliness of the testing lab
7. Inspect components before assembly, analyze trial products during development and test finished goods
8. Record results and report to QA manager and/or engineer
9. Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with Quality Manager or Engineering to determine quality and reliability standards
10. Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards
11. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
