Super Cleanroom Operator

Must be willing to train on days (front or back) for 2 - 3 months!

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 / hour + 15% Shift Differential 

Front Night Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & E/O Wednesday, 6:00 pm - 6:30 am

Back Night Shift: E/O Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, 6:00 pm - 6:30 am

Job Summary: 

• Operate manufacturing process equipment in a technology product (wafer) finishing process. Ensure that priorities are met, the highest quality product is sent to the customers and all work is done as a team in a safe and clean environment.

Job Description:

• Exercise product (wafer) handling skills that prevent loss of product due to carelessness.
• Complete batch divide process steps as needed.
• Load and unload wafers into cleaning benches and machines in the inspection room.
• Stage incoming work as needed.
• Process product through the post-inspection process including packaging.
• Enter data into Excel spreadsheets and system (GIP).
• Enter process directions into the production tool computers.
• Continuous and accurate data collection and input.
• Maintain 5S protocol.
• Continuously maintain housekeeping of process tools and immediate area floor and wall space.
• Perform visual product inspection, including both front and back sides of the product.
• Perform equipment changes on tools as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Requirements: 

• 6 months+ previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
• High levels of teamwork and cooperation
• Ability to speak, read and write in English 
• Ability to follow all safety requirements at all times
• Have a good understanding of 4 function math: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division 
• Have a high level of self initiative in desiring to learn and be effective
• Must be able to listen and pay close attention to details
• Ability to use manufacturing process equipment, PC and peripherals (printer, scanner), basic hand tools, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
