We have immediate opening for an Employment Specialist with Express Employment Professionals in Oxford, NC.  For years, Express Pros has been selected as the Best Staffing Firm by multiple national rating authorities as well as our clients, employees and locally by our community! 

 

  

Job Highlights:

 

Work with a strong team in the fast-paced staffing and recruiting industry. 

Establish relationships and provide our expertise to area employers.

Identify, evaluate, onboard and employ candidates for open positions.

Effectively market candidates to area businesses.

Identify and secure new businesses         

Strengthen our community with employment opportunities.

Lifelong learning and continuous skills improvement  

What We Are Looking For:

 

Candidates with a " Can Do and Positive Presence"   

Some College preferred HS Diploma or GED required

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Communicates effectively in all forms

Ability to work in a face paced environment

Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively  

Must be able to sit, stand, keyboard, bend, stoop and grasp items moderately in the course of the duties.  

Must have a passion for helping others, sales and service.

Excellent attendance and Work Ethic

 

Pay: $16/Hour Plus Sales Production Incentives 

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8AM - 5PM
