Inside Sales Coordinator

Located in Asheville, NC

Salary: $22/hr to $24/hr

Inside Sales Coordinator position:

A premier custom home builder in North Asheville is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator.  

If you were working there now, here are some of the things you would have done last week:

• Contact leads that are generated through database
• Work with clients to help with their home design and upsell products
• Answered a dozen client questions about HOA’s, survey’s, building progress etc.
• Take notes during various discussions
• Take on a few unexpected tasks like a superhero

Here are some things you might do:

• Answer a handful of calls and route them to the right people
• Welcome various people to the office and help them pick out their next home
• Send out letters of intent or approval about a survey, HOA, termite, Liens, change orders etc.

Experience is important.  The team is looking for someone that can interact with clients, the team, banks and county personnel with no problems.  They also need someone who can put their tasks in order of importance but can work on multiple tasks at the same time.  Overall, they need a teammate. 

Schedule requires flexibility between the hours of Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm.  You will be required to work all Saturdays except one.  When you work Saturday, you will have a weekday off. 

Full time opportunity $22/hr to $24/hr to start with opportunity for growth and benefits once you go through evaluation + commission!
