Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Compensation: $18/hr
Primary Responsibilities
• Answer phones, take orders, and assist customers with technical issues. (Service writing experience preferred)
• Provide support and technical guidance to dealers and retail customers. (Marine or Mechanic experience/background preferred)
• Process sales orders.
• Provide sales support at boat shows as needed.
Performance Measures
• Demonstrate effective and efficient coordination with team members.
• Demonstrate professional demeanor and appearance.
• Demonstrate customer satisfaction.
• Minimize returns through accurate order processing
