Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a general maintenance tech for a local non-profit company in Deming! This company has been established since 1971 and gives back to their community, host events, has great internal culture, and offers a full menu of recreational opportunities from a golf course, heated pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, and more.  This is a long-term opportunity, and the right candidate would be reliable, strong communication skills, ability to complete projects efficiently and effectively,  has maintenance experience,  and is looking to grow within their career. 

 

Pay: Earn $22.00/HR - $23.00/HR
Schedule: Day and Swing shift available, shift may vary.

Location: Deming, WA

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:
-Ability to respond to a variety of routine tasks as well as emergency situations concerning electrical, septic, plumbing or other issues.
-Running a snowplow in inclement weather.
-Handling of hazardous materials.
-Collaborate with Maintenance Lead on projects.
-Operating large equipment (tractor and attachments, etc.)
-Complete work requests and maintenance needs as instructed in a timely manner.
-Perform building maintenance activities such as framing, roofing, dry walling, painting, and installation of flooring materials

Requirements and Experience Necessary:

-Valid Washington State Drivers License
-US Work authorization
-High School Diploma
-General maintenance experience
-First Aid and CPR certifications(or willing to get it)
-Interpersonal skills
-Able to work varied hours, nights, and weekends
-Availability for callback duty as needed
-Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
