As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers and ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and support.

**Duties:**

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone -must have a pleasant phone voice & sound friendly/upbeat on the phone

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional manner

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle inbound and outbound calls

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs

- Maintain a positive attitude and patience when dealing with challenging situations

**Requirements:**

- Must type at least 30 wpm

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus

- Ability to perform outbound calling for follow-ups or sales purposes

- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
