Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Traveling Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Traveling Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of various locations to perform  mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple locations. This role requires extensive travel to different sites within a 50 miles radius. You will drive your own vehicle to these sites, and you WILL be reimbursed for milage.

Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems according to established procedures.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.

Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Communication: Collaborate effectively with site managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and address maintenance issues promptly.

Travel: Travel extensively to various locations as required to complete maintenance projects.

Valid Driver’s License

Clean Driving Record

 

Location:  Fort Myers and area

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay:  $23.00-$25.00 plus milage

Schedule   7am-5pm Mon-Fri
