Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts and materials.
• Identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and engage them effectively.
• Introduce our insurance products and services to potential customers.
• Qualify leads and generate appointments for our sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for calls, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to prospects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an outbound telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging phone demeanor.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Experience in the insurance industry or knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
• High school diploma; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is advantageous.
