Salary: $16.00 - $17.00

Express Employment Brighton/Howell is assisting the company, Thai Summit, in Howell, MI. Looking for production associates to work in either their assembly or press operator department. This client is working mandatory 6-7 day work week schedule.

Thai Summit does not do rehires after 2 years of working there; includes direct or contract workers from a staffing agency.

Must be able to do an onsite interview orientation before starting. This is a paid orientation and in order to receive pay for orientation, must work the first day for the full 8 hour shift.

1st shift is 6:00am - 2:30pm; $16.00 hr
2nd shift is 2:00pm - 10:30pm; $17.00 hr
3rd shift is 10:00pm - 6:30am; $16.75 hr

1st shift must be comfortable transferring to another shift after being hired in.

Requirements:

• Own transportation for orientation
• Minimum of 8 month to 1 year of industrial/manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to provide own safety equipment like steel toed boots or shoes
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good attendance as they go off a 3 point system
