We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales/Recruiter to join our team in Fairview Heights! This position is fast-paced, high-energy, and we are looking for someone who enjoys the thrill of connecting job seekers with available jobs. If you have proven and tenured Inside Sales experience, and are self-motivated and thrive on sales driven activities, then we want you! 

Requirements:

·         Proven Inside Sales experience with outbound and inbound sales activity

·         Proven Recruiting experience with a wide variety of sourcing candidates

·         Motivated by Sales driven activities

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·         Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude

·         Understanding of common business practices and procedures

·         Computer and basic social media skills

·         High School Diploma/GED
