Salary: $16.50/hr on 1st shift, plus a $2/hr bonus for perfect attendance
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Overtime on Fridays, 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

What You'll Do
As a 1st Shift Machine Operator, you will:
- Load Metal Pieces: Efficiently load metal pieces onto fixtures.
- Unload Welded Parts: Hand over welded parts to hand welders for perfection.
- Meet Production Goals: Achieve hourly and daily production targets.

Qualifications
- Experience: At least 6 months of Machine Operator experience required.
- Attitude: Desire to work and learn new things.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record and punctuality.
