Delivery Driver Assistant - Three months, training to be a Delivery Driver

Located in Tualatin, OR

Salary: $21-$23

Are you ready to start an exciting journey that leads to a driving career? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Delivery Driver Assistant to join our vibrant team in Tualatin! Here’s your chance to dive into a hands-on role, with the opportunity to become a full-fledged driver after just three months of training!

Duties: 

• Loading and unloading equipment, copiers, medical equipment, play sets, gazebos sets, and more.
• When working with medical or office equipment, install it and ensure it has power.
• For playsets and gazebos, you will deliver the boxes of kits to homes and position them in a designated area on the property.
• Check the equipment to ensure everything is running properly and that all necessary items are delivered. 
• Ability to use hand tools and a cordless drill and follow written work instructions. 
• MUST have a near clean driving record/valid driver's license, pass a 5-panel drug screen, and a clean criminal background check.
• Ability to use wrenches, hammers, cordless drills, and screwdrivers 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: MUST have a near clean driving record/valid driver's license, pass a 5-panel drug screen, and clean criminal background check.

• Experience using hand tools and drills
• Lift up to 50 lbs individually and more as a pattern lift.
• Push/pull 100-150lbs
• Ability to provide customer service 
• Good driving record, once hired will be asked to train as a delivery driver
• Ability to follow directions and do what is asked and expected of you.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am start time and work until the delivery is completed, guaranteed 40 hours work weeks with OT occasionally.

Pay: $21-$23/hr.
