Pay: $65-75k depending on experience

 

Responsibilities include:  

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot an ultra-fine coil winding machine and micro-assembly machinery.
• Contribute to the development of new coil winding processes and sensor integration processes.
• Integrate EM sensors, ensuring precision in fine soldering, gluing, handling fine wires, and micro assembly.
• Support development engineers in the execution of development testing for EM sensor projects.
• Assist in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) activities to ensure products are designed for efficient production.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and micro-assembly machinery to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Manage and maintain inventory of lab materials and supplies.
• Document and report testing procedures, results, and troubleshooting activities.

Skills & Requirements: 

• Associate’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lab technician role or manufacturing with similar characteristics, preferably in the field of EM sensors or a related area.
• Proven experience in operating and troubleshooting ultra-fine coil winding machines and micro-assembly machinery.
• Experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in fine soldering techniques, fine gluing, handling fine wires, and micro assembly.
• Strong understanding of EM sensor integration and testing procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and tools.
• Basic knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
• Local traveling might be required and travel for training required.
