Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing data, and supporting the development and quality control of our coating products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct laboratory tests on coating materials and products.
• Analyze test results and record data accurately.
• Assist in the development and formulation of new coating products.
• Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Document and report findings to the research and development team.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a lab technician, preferably in the coating or related industry.
• Proficient in laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with coating formulations and testing.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Certification in laboratory practices or chemical safety.
