Job Description: Hawaii''s Best Workplace is seeking someone who is detail-oriented and has strong communication skills to coordinate and set up events.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable catering invoices.
• Organize and oversee catering supply inventories effectively.
• Act as the primary contact for catering inquiries, bookings, and customer needs.
• Prepare and manage catering proposals, contracts, and invoices efficiently.
• Manage logistics to meet all catering requirements seamlessly.

 

 

Qualifications:

• College education preferred; minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• 2 years of customer service and/or high-volume restaurant environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
