Maintenance Technician

Located in Carlsbad, CA

Salary: $25-35/hr

Nutraceutical manufacturer specializing in gummies, soft-gel capsules, customer powder blends, etc. 

Now seeking a Maintenance Technician in Carlsbad, CA!

Duties: 

• Perform preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment; utilizing electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques and equipment
• Disassemble, assemble, install, and uninstall industrial equipment 
• Work on conveyor belts, refrigerators, air conditioning, and press machines 
• PLC programming and troubleshooting 
• Repair and replace parts as needed 
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform routine electrical and mechanical repairs 
• Perform general facility maintenance activities as required 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance 
• Understanding of PLC programming and hardware 
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, measurement tools, and testing equipment 
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Additional OT

1st shift, 6:00AM start time 

2nd shift, 2:00PM-11:00PM 

Pay: $25-35/hr
