Admin Assistant/Scale

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $21 - $23/hour

An Edmonton client is searching for an Admin Assistant/Scale Attendant to join their team.

Admin Assistant/Scale Attendant Highlights:

·         Truck Scaling:

·         Scale trucks in and out efficiently, handling 70-100 trucks per day.

·         Ordering Supplies:

·         Order supplies such as Costco items and pizza for the shack to distribute to drivers.

·         Safety Compliance:

·         Ensure safety protocols are up to date.

·         File safety toolbox meetings and maintain safety records.

·         Software Management:

·         Work with the Hutdog software program (training will be provided).

·         Take pictures of paperwork and upload them into the app, maintaining a paperless system.

·         Staffing Scheduling:

·         Assist in staffing scheduling as required.

·         Qualifications:

·         Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·         Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of truck scaling.

·         Familiarity with safety compliance and record-keeping.

·         Proficiency in using software applications; experience with Hutdog is a plus but training will be provided.

·         Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Admin Assistant/Scale Attendant Hours & Wage

·         8:00 am – 4:00 pm – Monday to Friday

·         $21 - $23/hour
