Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team, servicing local schools. The ideal candidate will have at 3-5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing various systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and gas-fired equipment. This role requires a valid driver''s license, a clean background, and the ability to work efficiently in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of basic techniques of repair and new installation of assigned areas (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, painting, ect.)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, with specific skills in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry drywall, painting.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and repair manuals.
• Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
