Accounts Receivable Administrator

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $26 - $28/hour

An Edmonton client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team.

 

Accounts Receivable Administrator Highlights:

 

·         We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing collections, reconciling customer accounts, and ensuring timely payments.

·         Invoice Processing:

·         Process an average of 10-15 invoices per day.

·         Handle monthly invoices ranging from $10M to $13M.

·         Collections:

·         Make 50 or more collection calls per week.

·         Ensure timely collections based on payment terms of 30, 60, and 90 days before escalating to collections.

·         Account Reconciliation:

·         Reconcile over 100 customer accounts.

·         Ensure accuracy and completeness in account reconciliations.

·         Qualifications:

·         Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections.

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·         Ariba

·         Open Invoices

·         Jobutrax

·         GEP Smart

·         QuickBooks

·         Trax

• 8:30 am to 4:30 pm – Monday to Friday
• $26 - $28/hour
