Salary: $43,000 - $46,000/year

An Edmonton client is searching for a Bilingual Account Administrator to join their team.

·         Process Customer Orders:

·         Handle customer orders with care and accuracy.

·         Ensure all order details are correctly entered into the system.

·         Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any issues.

·         Review Weekly Reports:

·         Analyze and review weekly reports for accuracy and completeness.

·         Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in the reports.

·         Provide insights and recommendations based on report findings.

·         Process Product Returns and Credits:

·         Manage product returns and process credits for invoices daily.

·         Ensure all returns and credits are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.

·         Communicate with customers regarding return statuses and credit issues.

·         Territory Oversight:

·         Oversee administrative tasks for the Quebec and Atlantic territories.

·         Ensure all customer inquiries and issues within the territory are promptly addressed.

·         Maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory.

·         Skills Required:

·         Exceptional customer service skills.

·         Bilingual proficiency (English and French).

·         Excellent communication abilities.

·         Strong attention to detail.

·         Proficiency in data entry and customer service roles.

·         Experience with MS Office, Dynamics AX, SharePoint, and CRM systems.

·         Experience Required:

·         3-5 years of administrative experience.

·         Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.

·         Qualities Required:

·         High attention to detail.

·         Patience and professionalism in handling customer inquiries.

·         Post-secondary education in Administration or a related field.

Bilingual Account Administrator Hours & Wage

·         8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Monday to Friday

·         $43,000 - $46,000/year
