Maintenance Technician

Located in Grand Rapids, MN

Salary: 23.00-24.00

Express Employment Professionals is looking to hire an overnight Maintenance Technician for a local facility in Grand Rapids, MN. This position is full-time, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday - Friday, and permanent with a starting wage of $23-$24/hour or more depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician will maintain all operating equipment in the facility along with the facility itself. Successful candidates will be skilled in servicing industrial equipment, performing preventative maintenance, carrying out repairs (scheduled and unexpected), troubleshooting, fabricating parts as needed, documenting work, cleaning, etc. 

• Work independently and on a team.
• Participate in improvement programs and safety initiatives.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.
• Endure minimal temperature fluctuations.
• Lift up to 50lbs as necessary.

Requirements:

• Obtain a high school diploma or GED. 
• Pass a background check.
• Previous maintenance experience.
