Job Summary:

We are seeking a Radiology Technician with outstanding communication skills, a collaborative disposition, and an unwavering commitment to serving patients! The radiologic technologist will conduct radiographic exams in compliance with physicians’ directions and radiology protocols. Ideal candidates will keep up to date of the latest imaging technologies, demonstrate good technical judgment in assessing image diagnostics, and work with physicians and other staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Perform X-ray scans for diagnostic evaluation
- Operate X-ray equipment following proper protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient comfort during procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

- Adhere to safety standards and aseptic techniques

Skills and qualifications:

Certification as a radiologic technologist from an accredited institution

National and local license to practice as a radiologic technologist within the country and locality of employment

In-depth knowledge of radiology protocols and imaging equipment

Ability to work with the general public and provide a high standard of patient care

Familiarity with radiology software

Preferred qualifications:

At least one year of clinical experience as a radiologic technologist

Basic life support (BLS) certification

Experience working in a similar setting

IV contrast injection certification

Hours: Part Time, Flexible, est. 20hrs a week

Pay: $33-40/hr depending on experience.
